SHIPPING
We ship UPS or USPS weekdays within 48 hours of payment. Limited time free shipping includes only ground shipping to the lower 48 states, and applies on a "per-order" basis; we cannot apply shipping from previous orders to current or future orders. A handling fee of $4.75 applies to all orders that qualify for our free shipping promotion. We can also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, or any other US province on request. PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Weaponblender.com now offers a 30 day warranty against defect on all gas and metal gearbox auto electric guns (AEG), external upgrade parts, internal upgrade parts, scopes, and gear.
Manufacturer defect warranty covers:
1. Gearbox and gearbox internals
2. Hop-up unit and barrel
3. Selector plate and selector assembly
4. Motor and wiring
Manufacturer defect warranty does NOT cover:
1. Cosmetic externals (i.e. non functioning charge handle)
2. Included magazine
3. All packages come with a mid grade battery and charger that we throw in for free. Free batteries and chargers are not covered.
The following will VOID the above warranty:
1. Use of low grade bbs (.12g bbs, usually brightly colored)
2. Painting or removal of the orange tip.
3. Disassembly by anyone other than a weaponblender tech.
4. Unreasonable use or mishandling
5. Merchandise soaked in water, rusted, corroded, painted, or otherwise altered.
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN "NEW" CONDITION!
For all other products (plastic gearbox aegs, spring guns, etc.) we have a 48 hour DOA (dead on arrival) policy. If the item doesn't work out of the box contact us within 48 hours.
Due to the nature of Airsoft/hobby related products, we must specify here that besides what our warranty covers, all sales are final. Absolutely no "check it out orders" will be allowed. So please consider your purchase carefully. Thank you.
RETURNS:
Checklist
1. Make sure the return is covered (refer to above warranty)
2. Include all original packaging and items in the package
3. Include a copy of the original receipt or invoice
4. Contact us for an RMA number and write that number on the outside of the package.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package being returned. Any package without an RMA number on the outside will not be accepted. RMA numbers are valid for seven days. To receive an RMA number please contact wbairsoft@gmail.com
Return shipping to weaponblender headquarters is not covered unless the item was dead on arrival.
